We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at fueloftitans@gmail.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 1 hour of your order’s purchase Time. After 1 hour we are unable to guarantee any assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We can not accept the return of any orders even if it is unopened, unused after delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 min with valid reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Note: We make our juices, only when we receive order. So once the juices is ready to ship we can not accept any return request.
